“ Stopped by here for dessert with the family. We were craving Chinese dessert and Richmond has the best. This is legit dessert. I got the hot tofu pudding with ginger syrup and it reminded me oh what my Grandma used to make. I also got the cold red bean soup. Black Sesame Dumpling - freshly made and nice warm sesame filling. The dumpling was not thick and hard. It was thin and soft. Tofu Pudding - I got it hot and it was delicious. The tofu was soft and really nice texture. The ginger syrup was perfectly sweetened. Had a really nice ginger flavour. This dessert is not a heavy dessert. Red Bean Soup - I got this Cold. It had a hint of orange peel flavour incorporated in the soup. I’ve never really had it this way before. But I was told this is the legit way. It was nice. I wish I got it Hot. But still very good. Hot Black Sesame Paste - My wife ordered this and she loved it. She could not stop talking about it. Guess it also brought back childhood memories. I never tried this desert as a kid but I tried it and it was nice. It had really good sesame flavour and perfectly sweetened. Very friendly people here. We all enjoyed our desserts. This is a hidden gem for sure! ”
“ A good spot for a late night Chinese dessert. For Vancouver, I think the price value is decent. Cash only, service is hit or miss, I got great service when I was there once, the other times were pretty meh. Vouching for their taro tapioca pearl dessert, so good!! ”
“ HK style OG dessert place, ran by family owned biz... Well they also have OG style spam and eggs instant noodles. If you're from HK you would know what I'm talking about. Nothing like chains that are all fancy, sometimes places like these are places that bring back how traditional Chinese dessert places were like. Nothing fancy, but the simple stuff we ate when we're young/back home. I might be wrong, but I think they make their own black sesame dumplings etc. Sorry, not many pics, got too excited eating my favorite fluffy cream toast, although that might be Taiwanese, but it's simple like and gets satisfies my craving! Only flaw, cash only and they don't take emt or have an atm, but few stores down is HSBC... ”
“ Small little dessert shop. Been coming here for years for some Hong Kong style desserts. The owner is nice and let us know one of desserts would take a bit longer since they were in the process of just making it. They delivered it faster than expected. The desserts aren't too sweet and tastes good. ”

The place is often packed, but it’s a great spot for hangouts and dates . Prices : Some desserts may be a bit pricier than others in the area, but trust me, the quality justifies the cost! Unannounced Holiday : They were closed for the whole month, which makes sense since it’s a home business —everyone needs a break! Menu Highlights : Hot Black Sesame Paste Hot Tofu Pudding Conclusion : Bubble Fruity Dessert House in Richmond is a must-visit for dessert lovers! With a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and a Hong Kong-style atmosphere, it’s a great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth . “ Very extensive canton style dessert. Everything we ordered tasted really good. I especially love their rice balls (both black sesame and durian filling options are great). They are handmade, chewy texture, and such big size. The ladies working there are very efficient and friendly too. Will definitely go back again ”
“ Really like this dessert shop—delicious, generous portions, and affordable. I added a whole durian, my favorite mango sago, and the fish balls were great too! ”
“ Best dessert ever! Even crowded at 10: 30pm. We ordered Assorted Bean w/ Coconut Milk, Mango Sago Cream w/ Grapefruit and Fluffy Cream Toast. All are of good taste!!! ”
